Weight ranges, calorie estimates, vaccine intervals, and recipes are reference guidance based on published sources; your pet's needs may differ. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for decisions about your pet's health, and seek immediate veterinary care in an emergency.

3. Tools and local data

The Site's tools store data in your browser's local storage. You are responsible for keeping authoritative records (e.g., official vaccine certificates). We are not liable for loss of locally stored data, including through browser data clearing or device changes.

4. Directory listings

Directory content (veterinarians, groomers, parks) is provided for convenience and may include placeholder or unverified entries. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any listed business or location. Verify details — hours, services, pricing, leash rules — directly before visiting.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including scraping at disruptive volume, attempting to interfere with its operation, or using its content to mislead pet owners.

Site content, design, and tools are owned by PetVitalScan and protected by applicable law. You may share links and brief excerpts with attribution; wholesale reproduction requires permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetVitalScan is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Site, including decisions made based on tool outputs or directory information.
