Where is my pet’s vaccine data stored?
Everything is saved privately in your own browser (localStorage) on this device. Nothing is uploaded to a server, and no account is needed. Clearing your browser data will erase your records, so keep official paper or PDF records from your vet as the source of truth.
How are next-due dates calculated?
Each vaccine type has a recommended booster interval based on published U.S. veterinary schedules (for example, 12 months for a 1-year rabies vaccine, up to 36 months for a 3-year rabies or adult DHPP booster). The tracker adds that interval to the date of the last dose you logged.
Which vaccines does my state legally require?
Rabies is the legally required vaccine in nearly every U.S. state, typically by 4 months of age. Requirements and booster cycles vary by state and county — check your state’s page in our directory for specifics.
